Missouri Southern's Marlee Tegenkamp is looking for her first All-American Honors and join her brother Matt to share those accolades in the family. Her brothers Matt and Marc also ran at Lee's Summit High School before college careers at Wisconsin and Missouri State. Marlee's sister-in-law adds to the family running background, Ashley Sanders-Tegenkamp enjoyed a standout career at Clinton and Missouri State.

This appears to be the first time in many years that a Missouri team isn't sending a mens or womens to the DII National Meet.

Marlee Tegenkamp is looking to earn her first All-American honors. Two years ago she helped the Missouri Southern Lady Lions earn a third place team trophy.

Marlee Tegenkamp phone interview Friday night before Nationals.

Pittsburg State's Melissa Peden will be looking to earn All-American honors herself and help the Lady Gorillas earn a top 15 finish.

Central Missouri senior Dalton Moberly from Kearney will be looking for his first All-American honors and add to the Curp-Moberly family honors.
Central Missouri's Laban Sialo from Kenya will race in the cold for a top 10 finish and a national title in Washington Saturday.

Joining his former Lee's Summit High School teammate Marlee Tegenkamp at their third straight DII National XC Meet is Pittsburg State junior Adam Volkert. Volkert will be looking for his first All-American honors.
